Megan Lightell

Megan Lightell received her formal art education and a BFA from the distinguished School of Visual Arts in New York, NY. From her studio in Nashville, Tennessee, each canvas is hand stretched and pigments and surfaces are prepared in a slow and traditional method.
Megan Lightell has had over 16 solo shows of her work in the U.S. and been included in over two-dozen lauded group shows.
Notable collectors include: Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Martha Ingram, the Turner Family Foundation, Brown-Forman Group, Blackberry Farm, Ayers Collection at FirstBank, and Iberia Bank.
